Is this a substitute for therapy?
No and it doesn’t claim to be. The Anxiety-Free Life System is an educational program based on evidence-backed techniques from CBT, neuroscience, and behavioral medicine. How much time does it take each day?
20 to 30 minutes is the target. Some days that’s a 10-minute guided audio. Others it’s 20 minutes with a worksheet or the journaling framework. The program is built for people with real jobs and real lives — not for people with unlimited free time.
I’ve tried meditation and it didn’t work. Will this?
The program goes far beyond meditation. It combines breathing physiology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, sleep science, HRV training, nutrition, and structured behavior change. Meditation is one tool among many and we teach you exactly why it works and when it doesn’t, so you use the right tool at the right moment.
